Product Information

• Manufactured to original BMC replacement parts specification in aluminium bronze
• Must be heat expanded to 250 degrees Fahrenheit before installing 
• Once heated, the cone can be fitted with a hand press and then immediately quenched in water to prevent the heat softening the gear itself
• When the cone is in position, the final machining can be done so that the ring tapers, true and concentric with the bore to .001”
